“We rented Cottage #1 for the 2024 solar eclipse and it was perfect! The unit had a beautiful view of the lake from both sleeping areas, was clean and quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay. The cottage was also beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail! During our stay we enjoyed painting some rocks for the property grounds, fishing from the canoe, and just relaxing around the fire. The only thing we would change is the length of our stay - we wish we stayed longer and……

“We had a wonderful time on the river. The house was perfect. It was clean and well stocked. The yard is the true beauty here. It was gorgeous cooking on the fire next to the water and beating able to listen to the following river.”

“Have stayed at these cabins before. Always quaint and cozy. Usually go with a snowmobiling buddy but took my fiance this time. She loved and adored the area and the cabins/setting. Awesome host, thanks Brian, great location, highly recommended. Will definitely stay again!!”

“We originally happened upon this cabin when looking for a spot in which we’d be able to view the total eclipse. What we received was so much more! Not only is the natural beauty and opportunities for hiking beyond our expectations, so was the cabin and surrounding property. Autumn Lake is exquisite, and the cabin had everything we needed, an equipped kitchen, warmth from the fireplace, and a comfortable mattress. When we found that the Dutch oven was missing, Brian, the property manager,……

“We enjoyed staying in the well equipped home and everyone was able to spread out comfortably in the large great room! Enjoyed walking down to lake and watching the sunset. Look forward to coming back one day”

“Very nice place and comfortable beds. Although, if you have small children that still take naps, this particular unit might be a bit noisy. There’s a set of doors that looks like a closet but it’s actually a neighboring unit. It’s locked and blocked off but you can clearly hear everything on the other side. Our neighbors had a large group and they’d often hold conversations by the door. Also, something to consider if you have toddlers, there is no deadbolt option on the main door. My little guy……

“The property is well equipped and comfortable. Its easy to get to and right on the lake. Beautiful picture windows overlook Oneida Lake, and make the living area so serene. It was very rainy while we were there, but that did not lessen our enjoyment of this cute lake house!”

“Impression of this property is that it requires serious cleaning; floors very dirty; old, expired foodstuffs in refrigerator and cupboords; dirty dishes/silverware in cupboards; no dishsoap provided; no dishwasher soap provided; counters and cupboards need intense scrubbing; all cupboards/drawers need to be organized; wary about electrical wiring; extension cords almost abusive in outlets; no portable heaters found, very cold; no intructions for use of television; no instructions for use of wall……

Great spaces for both indoor and outdoor relaxing; gorgeous views of the water (we were there in April, so too cold to swim, but it would be fantastic in the summer!); exceptionally well appointed with cookware and dining ware.
