"Maybe my favorite hotel ever all things considering. The location is perfect, it’s walkable to so many restaurants but quiet at night. The rooms were very nice, newly renovated and squeaky clean. The staff isn’t on site but very easy to reach and can be there quickly. The price was amazing. They had all the amenities and room that you need for a long weekend in Lake Tahoe."

"Very easy check in, valet was quick and all staff I have encountered have been super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean. The bar area is nice and there was a cool guitarist playing around happy hour. We will definitely be back. Thank you!"

"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."

"Everything was excellent except the sound of the water being turned on from other room, I think when they turn on the shower. Too loud inside the room and wakes us up other than that everything was excellent. Thank you."

"Good: rooms had a good amount of space, kitchen appliances, furniture were in good working condition and clean. Good hot water pressure. Comfortable bed, a bit firm. Fireplace is a nice touch. Great place if you anre traveling with a dog. Overall good value. Not so good: dirty light switches, and tile grout. Carpet is old and worn out. Parking on site can be limited at certain times. "
