“Pros: Price, nice staff, gated security with staff working at all time. Parking was ample. Great communication. Mini mart, 7-Eleven, restaurants, and small vendors all around. Cons: Small ants around kitchen trash area and bathroom. AC not cold in bedroom. Shower head holder loose causing water to leak onto floor if it hits the tub. WiFi router stopped working, but staff replaced it right away. ”

“The only thing I did not like about the Sokha hotel was that my wife’s younger sister came to swim with us and we were charged $20 to have a 12 year-old swim with us at the hotel. No one else was in the pool but us.”

“The location is really convenient. You can find many place to dine in by walking. The room is clean. I really enjoyed staying over there. I recommend to every one. ”

“Excellent location and comfortable with one of best pools and gym environments I have seen in Phnom Penh. Only issue is that they require deposit in cash as credit card takes too long to refund apparently.”

“The services are good although the hotel is situated in a different province completely away from Phnom Penh. This can be costly if you intend to go shopping or buy essential goods needed for your stay. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and staff friendly and able to assist whenever needed.”

“服务相当差.. 1.check in时，被告知目前房间还在整理.....扯 2.我看到阿姨上楼，就跟着上去，发现她只是把前面使用过的床单重新铺过， 竟然就要我睡 3.我反映给前台，前台也不愿亿换个房型 4.最后我离开，并没有住 5.整体服务相当差,且卫生也差”
