“This lovely condo has so many wonderful features: beach front, gated community, beautiful grounds, friendly cleaning and maintenance crew, pool, well equipped bath and kitchen, all in the quiet neighborhood of Langosta. This property is within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and of course the beach! While the beachfront immediately in front of the unit is rocky, a very short walk down the beach opens up a surprisingly different beach experience, with waves large enough to surf……

“There were small things like the stove being broken and no water on the last day for a period but overall a great stay. A little grungy and can use some updating. Would be nice if they provided pool floaties or something similar. But still a great time!”

“Great walkable location near beach suitable for several families. We had street parking but the overnight security made us feel very safe. Any immediate questions/issues were addressed quickly. The only real negative was a dishwasher that did not work very well. We found the pool to be a real necessity…enjoyed it and the inside/outside family areas.”

“If you are looking for a trip to stay at the beach to surf or swim, this is a good place. It is nice, safe, secure, has most all of the basic necessities and my hosts were kind and helpful when I had questions or needed anything. It was close to a busy street and restaurants so there was a lot of noise at times. It was right on the main road yet near the end of it so you can walk to get to all the shops and restuarants.”

“The Casa Sendero de Mar was perfect for our group of eight. The house was as described and communication with the owner was outstanding. I would definitely recommend staying here with a large group of friends or two families. The bedrooms are spread out nicely so you can achieve privacy when needed. While the beach down the path out the back is pretty, that is not where you will want to swim. The beach club nearby (car or golf cart needed) has a great pool, beach and food. Having the JW nearby……

“The property was truly 5 star as well as the concierge support from Romi. Great communication via email and WhatsApp, very responsive. The property has 24/7 security to let you in the gated parking / property access. The unit is very well appointed with appliances and furniture. The covered deck and rooftop deck were both used regularly and are very enjoyable spaces. We had a guest chef and everything needed to cook and clean was provided. The included water dispenser and ice machine was also……

“Our stay at Blue Jewel was fantastic! Our group of 9 friends spent a week in early May and had an amazing time. The property was beautiful and in a perfect location situated steps from the beach and a quick walk to Tamarindo. The space itself was nicely maintained and very well designed to accommodate a large group with both indoor and outdoor living. The outdoor dining space and pool area was the perfect gathering area for our group. The concierge was very responsive and made communications……

“Tara’s little oasis is/was amazing. Just what we needed for our 10 day get away. Place was clean, the AC was amazing, walking distance to beach. We rented a golf cart from Pacific Coast rentals and it was the best money we ever spent. I would 100% tell anybody to come stay here. Tara always responded super fast. Will 100% be coming back”
