“Pros: We loved the area. It was a couple min. from the beach & the beach is perfect for kids. The waves are great for boogie boarding. We enjoyed playing in the pool. Cons: The host responded to emails quickly, but the management company that oversaw the home weren't great. I was told to message the management company to set up a time for check in, but she never responded. After messaging the host, he was able to give me the info for check in. I had messaged the host double checking there……

“We had a great spring break at Havana Lodge in Malpaís. The lodge was beautiful, the pool was amazing, and the location was perfect. When we had questions, they were answered within minutes. We couldn’t light the grill, and someone was over within 5 minutes to assist. I’d love to go back. So relaxing.”

“This was a great stay. Less than 5 min to the beach, there is a dirt path across the street. Everyone who tends to the property is so very helpful. We arrived way later than planned and Richard was so accommodating. He even carried our bags up. The place was super cute, pool was a great way to end the day. It’s right off the Main Street but tucked away for privacy, there is no foot traffic because someone is always on duty so it’s very safe. The red apartment was clean, well kept and……

“Location near the beach is fantastic. It is an older place but for the price it is an excellent value. The upstairs was very loud at night by the road and the internet is not good. The beach out front is fantastic and staff is super nice. Definitely good value!!”
