“Beautiful home and outdoor space in Tempe. We didn’t need to leave property for anything else other than groceries. Pool was perfect temperature (May). Grill did not have any propane, had to refill out of pocket so hopefully the next guests enjoy ;)”

“We stayed here in March with toddlers and adults, and had a wonderful time! The beautiful property has a lot to offer and is conveniently located. There is a grocery store and a great park within walking distance, and plently of parking at the property if you plan to park/drive. The communication was great, and they even allowed me to ship diapers ahead to the location for our stay. Would definitely stay again!”

“Its a good property in a good area, good for hosting events, but theres a water heater that is loud and wakes up guests. There is no street parking, which would be fine if the garage fit more than one car, however because its being used as storage by the host there was not enough space to fit more cars if youre planning to host an event. Also if youre going to have a pool table as the main advertisement and then not have pool cues that can be used to play(they were all broken at the tips) theres……

“I can’t recommend this place more!! Everything was perfect. Wish we would have found you years ago! Would have saved us $$$$ in terrible hotels!! The pool, putting green, house and cornhole boards were all used and appreciated!!”

“The house was very nicely done in almost all respects. Fixing a few maintenance issues would give closer to a five star. Water from the sinks blasts out too hard; it splashes everything. Outside gate is sagging so much, it's a little difficult to open. The freezer was so iced up I couldn't put anything in it. After chopping some ice away I found there were things left from other people. My bed was uncomfortable. Mind you, I am pointing out all bad things but everything else was good.”
