“Staff was so nice ”

“The Hostess checking us in was friendly and efficient. She gave us a room closer to the Exercise Room, which we were planning to use after a long day of driving. This gesture on top of being able to park right outside our room was super convenient. There was no treadmill, the elliptical could not be adjusted, neither could the lat pull-down machine. There were no weights to use with the weight bench. It did not live up to the on-line promise of a gym, one of the reasons we chose this property.……

“The staff was excellent ad well as the cleanliness of the rooms & outside. My only complaint would be the size of the tv ( very small) & the pool not being open until the last day we were there The pool had been closed but the young man at the front desk worked hard to get it opened for us The last day which i appreciated his efforts”

“We weren’t sure about this hotel because of the rating but this is a perfect example of the rating not being right… The lady who checked us in was very friendly and gave us a better room than I chose on Hotels.com. We were right by the pool. The room looked like it had just been renovated but they said it was done a year and half ago. Couldn’t tell. Everything looked new and clean. TV was a bit small, not a lot of water pressure coming out of shower but it was super hot and I loved it. They have……

“Very convenient right off highway 35. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean room and nice touch with the coffee machine. Perfect for waiting out the storm. ”

“The bed needs to be replaced. The bed was very old, could feel the springs in the mattress. The room was very old looking and needed up graded. The air conditioner and the hot water were great. ”
