"The property is in an amazing location with incredible secluded access to the Red River. It’s a little hike down to the river. But once you are there, it is amazing tranquility. Take your own pillows, sheets and towels. Also, this is a camping like experience. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. This is a place to get away from it all. The last 5 miles to the location are in white rock roads. I will return again and again"

"The road to the home is very curvy which we are accustomed to because of where we live however there really isn’t room for 2 vehicles. We pulled up to the home and immediately noticed a swarm of flying insects. It’s understandable that they are there since it is very close to water. The home itself is amazing with the softest beds ever. Everyone absolutely enjoyed the home and we all left with ideas for our own home. Communication was great and the extra items for us to use was very thoughtful....

Love that it was in a semi secluded area that was wooded with lost of tree's. spacious rooms and living area/kitchen was great for our family gathering for cooking and enjoying a great christmas. "We had an amazing stay at this property! We selected the location due to the proximity of the Cedar Mills marina for a Striper fishing trip. We fished all morning and enjoyed the home all Saturday afternoon & night. We had a fire in the pit and just sat around, talked and listened to all the sounds of nature!
