“Everyone we met were great. Check-in was a breeze. Morning breakfast was get. The had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and make own waffles with regular, strawberry or blueberry plus yogurt and regular breakfast items. They have cookies in the reception area in evenings. It is pet friendly for those who travel with their fur babies. Will stay here again when going to see my brother in Tennessee. Easy on and off higyway. ”

“I had the opportunity to interact with 3 different staff on my stay. Each one took personal attention to me and helped resolve my problem in a way they knew the issues were solved. “We stayed at this property based on the chain’s reputation and our previous stays at other locations. However, it was not up to the company’s usual standards. We found it to be subpar lodging at a premium price. While the front desk clerk was friendly and professional, the bed and linens comfortable, the property quiet, overall it was shabby and in disrepair, especially the room itself. Examples include the bathroom having no toilet paper roll holder, a terribly cracked sink with no plug, while……
