“Had a great time over Memorial Day weekend. House is beautifully renovated and in a great location. Outside space is great and perfect for summer evenings on the dock.”

“The house was not in a good neighborhood. Major issues: Chained dog barked all night, the washing machine didn’t work, had to call to find the linens which were stored in a file cabinet in a bedroom, showed up during check in time and cleaning staff was still there, hardly any dishes on site so forget about cooking a meal there. Place was a disappointment at best, especially for the overall cost.”

“I gave only 4 stars, although it could easily be five except for the following. I arrived late afternoon and only had an hour to freshen and get to a funeral. The setting/location was peaceful. I went up the stairs and noticed right away the deck and furniture had not been cleaned or swept, big black ants everywhere and spider webs in the corners. NOPE. I was looking forward to spending my mornings drinking my coffee on my private deck. Not with those ants and spiders. I turned to the door,……

“This is such a cute house that is so conveniently located to downtown Greensboro. The house was very clean and had everything you could need to have a fabulous, fun weekend with friends!”

The neighborhood was quiet but close to restaurants and grocery stores, and the fenced backyard was great. Consider this house if you are visiting a student at UNCSA, because it is an easy drive to Winston-Salem. We will definitely book again if we are in the area! ”

“Molded trash was in both kitchen trash cans when we arrived. Carpet is badly stained all over. Upstairs toilet wouldn’t flush No top sheet on one of the king beds. Only 2 washcloths for a party of 8 Diaper left under a bed. Internet was slow”

“I stayed with my son at this property for a week while he swam at the Nationals Swim Meet at the Greensboro swim coliseum. The property was perfect for us--a 10 minute drive from the venue, but in an established, safe neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees and plentiful walking paths. It is walkable to great local restaurants and coffee shops, and a short drive to great shopping, dining, grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc.). Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!!”
