"This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this...

"This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit."

"Nice property, good location. BUT if something goes wrong, be prepared to wait or go to a hotel. We could not work the lock, and it took 5 hours (by then it was after 11p) for management to get back to us. This is unacceptable and got us off to a bad start. The hot water in the master bath was unreliable, although in the sink and in the hall bath was ok. There is no dishwasher, which worried me about whether the previous guests were diligent when washing their dishes. And the remote on the TV...

"The condo more than delivered! Generous space included 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on opposite sides of the condo so when our family visited (with our two young granddaughters) everyone had comfort and privacy. The great room with living, dining and kitchen leads to the large outdoor deck and a grand view of the Santa Monica beach and the Pacific. Stunning sunsets just outdoors! "This condo is very nice, in a safe area, quiet, and well stocked with kitchen items and linens. It also has a dedicated covered parking space. The owners are very responsive to any questions you may have. It is a very short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this condo."

"We had a great time. The condo is beautiful and the area is great. The only downfall was the pool is being renovated so we didn’get to enjoy it. Once it is done it will be a perfect spot for a vacation! We saw dolphins as we sat on the patio and loved listening to the waves at night! If we are ever back in the Malibu area we would definitely stay here again!"

"Our stay was delightful. The location of the unit was perfect for relaxing on the patio facing the ocean across the road and park. The unit was well equipped and we used the bbq on the patio several times. We were completely satisfied with this VRBO. Unfortunately our stay ended prematurely due to the fact that we learned that our home in Tucson was struck by lightning and burned to the ground. We look forward to staying again, maybe next year but without the added excitement at home."

"We were a group of 10 people and were very happy with the separate bedrooms and bedrooms that this house has. It was large and had plenty of room to spread out. It has a pool and spa but we didn’t use it as we didn’t want to pay a bunch extra to heat it. The area is quiet and safe. Overall a good place for housing my extended family."
