“Decent, inexpensive option. Room was really clean and looked like they had recently undergone renovations. It was a noisy in the parking lot but by about 10 it died down so we didn’t worry about getting to sleep. They don’t have breakfast even though the website says it does, so that was disappointing, since that was one of the things I was looking for. Overall, a good stay. Good budget option. Staff was nice. ”

“This is not a review although it gets 5 stars. Except for Petra. She was very helpful and nice before the trip and after my husband got back I have written 3-4 emails and she has not responded to any of them. So, Petra is great but not a great communicator and that is what this industry is all about. I worked in the hospitality business being in charge of ocean front homes to mountain homes and I was the manager of an oceanfront hi-rise hotel. Worked in the industry for 45 years. Communication……

“Very nice place to stay. The house was clean, had nice amenities (good Wi-Fi, AC, full kitchen), and was in a great location. I do have to agree with another review that the downstairs futon was unusable as a bed. As far as comfort, we had four adults and that seemed the right size for the house. In my opinion, any more people would have made the house feel too crowded.”

“The owner is super nice and helpful. Very informative. The dock is about a 3 to 4 minute walk away from the home, but that didn't stop us from fishing. To no fault of the owner, The Army Corp of Engineers dropped the lake for bridge maintenance so there wasn't enough water to Moor our boat. On a good note it was only 10 minutes up the road and we put in at Bobby Brown State Park and our trip was filled with fishing, boating and having fun with our grand children.
