“This little cottage was super cute and comfortable. Perfect for two people. We had a lovely view and and very quick short walk to the beach which made sunset walks the best. Stacy in the office was super nice and helpful with some small questions.”

“While checking in here was easy and I appreciated the reminders about the check-in time and how to get in, that was the only good thing about this experience. I wish I could attach photos, because I am still in shock about how disgusting this rental was/is. There were clumps of dust on the ceiling fan, as well as other indications this place is WELL OVERDUE for a deep clean. Everything was dingy, the fridge was leaking, whoever has been cleaning it has either been sweeping dirt under the beds……

“Auntie's house was overall a nice place to stay, it was spacious enough for our party of 4, all amenities were in good working condition and everything was relatively clean. The only thing I would say was not up to par was the floor, though it looked clean there was quite a lot of dog hair, stuck to socks and anything that was set on the floor, There was also some human hair on some of the towels. It was nice to be so close to the beach with easy access which gave my daughter with Down syndrome the opportunity to visit the beach several times a day without any difficulty. “Very clean inside. Pictures showed a BBQ but did not have one. Property outside was terribly unkept. Dog friendly doesn't mean broken fences where dogs can get out. Couldn't even sit outside because only one picnic table for three units. All amenities were as advertised and beds were comfortable but when you have 2 couple; 4 people; and 2 teenagers 1-boy & 1-girl they would not share a fold down couch together. Suppose to sleep 6? ”

“The place was filthy. Plumbing was bad TVs didn’t work. We had to change the beds when we got there and sweep out previous guess mess of dog hair and food etc. on floor and sinks fridge raider oven microwave coffee pot was disgusting. Bathrooms were dirty, dirty towels and shower. I will personally never rent this place again definitely a one star.”

“The space was amazing and just what we needed. Everything was clean and they had everything that you could want. Lots of firewood for the fire pit, the hot tub was clean and worked. Everything is clearly labeled and the kitchen was fully stocked in terms of pots and pans and kitchen equipment essentials. We would definitely recommend this space and hope to stay there again.”

“We loved the quick beach access and convenience of having a fenced yard for small children to safely play. The good: proximity to beach and town, individual apartments for families, bunk beds in a few apartments, a place to gather in one apartment, two picnic tables outside. The not-so-good: plumbing issues, damaged furniture, WiFi doesn't extend to all units, we ran out of toilet paper! “I rented out a home to be able to have a special Christmas with my daughter. Once we FINALLY got inside. We brought our things inside and had to wipe the couch down because it was sticky and full of crumbs. Was told it had a full kitchen. When im told full kitchen I expect to have bowls, mixing bowls, baking pans, muffin tin, ect. Bought alot of food for a Christmas dinner and treats and was not able to make most of it. Went to the store and bought plastic cups. Had to wash all dishes before……

“We did three nights for a BFF get away. We had a great time in this cozy, comfy cabin. The lake view is just gorgeous. Two days were sunny and beautiful, one day it stormed and the entire porch was wet and all of our items outside blew off the deck, that’s a coastal storm for ya. The homey touches are very nice, comfortable furniture and spaces. We will return, thank you!”

“We took my mother-in-law to the beach for a few days, and this house was perfect!! There is a bedroom and both bathrooms on the first floor, so she didn't have to use the stairs. The view from the front windows is absolutely amazing, and she LOVED sitting in the chair there and watching the waves! The beach is just a short walk away. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. It was also nice having the washer and dryer to dry our wet clothes after getting caught by a wave. The gas……

“The only difficulty was leaving! We had 3 adults and it was nice to have the option of a king downstairs bedroom. THe views from the upstairs bedrooms are spectacular! The living area views are stunning and the ocean sounds are relaxing. Such a short stroll to the sand. Found agates on Tunnel Beach to the north and also in the gravel on the beach right in front of the house. Very nice to have a little secure lawn for our sweet pups, who very much enjoyed the views from the deck, as well. Bring……
