“Two night stay for day hikes and the coast. We booked a king room with kitchen so we could prepare and eat breakfasts in the room. Nice decor, spacious, and a full kitchen with a leather couch. Even had washer dryer. But wait: NO TABLE AND CHAIRS! So four stars instead of 5. Seems reasonable to expect a simple table and two chairs for eating when we booked a room with kitchen. Staff said room not advertised as having a table and chairs (?!). Also said someone broke the table and/or chair(s). ……

Weather was nice to be able to sit on the shared patio with a drink watching the sun set while the dog was able to roam in the small area outside. We made our holiday dinner in the kitchen that had everything we needed. Couldn’t find local channels for the games so we went to the establishment in Netarts and watched with the locals while eating dinner. Loved the area”

“Great little place to stay beside the cleanliness, for a property listing with a no pet policy there was hair all over it looked like the "clearners" came in changed the bed sheets and put out new towels and left. The power to the hot tub was off when we arrived and it was 55 degrees, took a day for it to get to temp, very disappointing for a couple little girl that were very excited. “This place a was a comfortable stay for me and my 3 friends. I wouldn't want more than 5 or 6 in this property simply because of there is only 1 full bath. There's paint chipping on the walls in quite a few spots and the couch cushions could use some more padding. The pictures don't reflect any of this, FYI.
