“We took my mother-in-law to the beach for a few days, and this house was perfect!! There is a bedroom and both bathrooms on the first floor, so she didn't have to use the stairs. The view from the front windows is absolutely amazing, and she LOVED sitting in the chair there and watching the waves! The beach is just a short walk away. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. It was also nice having the washer and dryer to dry our wet clothes after getting caught by a wave. The gas……

“The only difficulty was leaving! We had 3 adults and it was nice to have the option of a king downstairs bedroom. THe views from the upstairs bedrooms are spectacular! The living area views are stunning and the ocean sounds are relaxing. Such a short stroll to the sand. Found agates on Tunnel Beach to the north and also in the gravel on the beach right in front of the house. Very nice to have a little secure lawn for our sweet pups, who very much enjoyed the views from the deck, as well. Bring……

“Fabulous location and views, clean but spartan. The pullout couch in the 3rd bedroom is very uncomfortable for sleeping- it should be a bed, as there’s no reason to sit on the sofa in an empty white room with only an overhead light for company.”

“Could not ask for a better experience. The house was even better than the pics showed. Fully stocked kitchen with EVERYTHING, which is great since we cooked for every meal. Incredible views, hot tub was clean. My only tip to the owner is on the printed instructions, everything was in all caps, including the WiFi password, which is actually just one caps letter but I figured it out by trial and error. “This week could not have been more perfect!”

“Place was just what we needed for a holiday get away. Weather was nice to be able to sit on the shared patio with a drink watching the sun set while the dog was able to roam in the small area outside. We made our holiday dinner in the kitchen that had everything we needed. Couldn’t find local channels for the games so we went to the establishment in Netarts and watched with the locals while eating dinner. Loved the area”

“Rented this house for Easter weekend. It was 6 adults and 1 child. The view was beautiful the house was very comfortable and well stocking, except for paper towels, only one roll for 3 nights. However that is my only con, every thing else was wonderful!!!”

“Great little place to stay beside the cleanliness, for a property listing with a no pet policy there was hair all over it looked like the "clearners" came in changed the bed sheets and put out new towels and left. The power to the hot tub was off when we arrived and it was 55 degrees, took a day for it to get to temp, very disappointing for a couple little girl that were very excited. Kitchen counters had crumbs and onion peels on them, Kitchen floors had sticky spots from spills. With a good……

The ONLY mild problem we found was that the kitchen cabinets were dirty with crumbs, old food items in the bottom cabinets and the sink drainer was dirty. the bathrooms, bedroom. floors were all very clean so was a bit surprised by the kitchen. The staff were very responsive to questions and concerns. loved the convenience of the check in/out. And the discount offer was also very nice”
