“Overall -a perfect set up for a large extended family with a range of ages. Many outdoor activities on the property. The pool and hot tub are amazing . The house is huge with private corridors (bed and bath) for individual families to be near one another. Kitchen and dining perfect for our large crowd. “This house was perfect for our two families of five. It was clean and welcoming. The views were amazing from the decks and dock. Our families enjoyed the beautiful and tranquil pool area. It was perfect for when the passing Florida showers came. We just jumped out of the pool to the covered sitting area. Our fishermen enjoyed the dock and kayaks. We also loved our bike rides to Sombrero Beach and the Dockside restaurant. We were sad to leave this wonderful property.”

“Everything was so clean, enjoyed the atmosphere of the Marina. The only issue was flooding on the only road to access the property, caused by a "freak" rainstorm. This was by no means the fault of property management. Publix, Winn Dixie and Walgreens are all in walking distance. ”

“Our group arrived not knowing what to expect after a long days travel, as soon as we pulled into the office to get our keys we were amazed at quaint cabin that awaited us. It was super easy to get the keys after hours. The cabin itself was perfect!!!! Plenty of room for a group of 5. The towels provided were perfect for the relaxing pool area. Every thing we would need for cooking was already in the cabin. The rooms were clean and bright with natural wood. The area was quiet and very well……

“The location of this property was ideal for everything we wanted to do (activities from Tavernier all the way down to Key West). Check in was seamless and, while there was never a need to contact the property manager, the communication from them was clear and timely. The pool, landscaping, and overall neighborhood were all lovely. Very resort-like. That said, we did take note of several maintenance issues. “Very nice townhouse. We had five people for 3 nights and it worked out very well. Great patio and plunge pool. Very clean. Duck Key is a beautiful island, 2 restaurants at Hawks Cay and if you want the townhouse has all the essentials for cooking at home. Just beware the closest supermarket is in Marathon to the south or Islamist to the north both about 20 minutes drive. Would definitely come back.”

“We were celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday. There were 17 people in our group. Adults and children. Something for everyone to do. We enjoyed relaxing at the property by the pools, fishing from the dock, kayaking and paddle boarding. We went scuba diving with better than most scuba, deep sea fishing on the tail walker. We hired chef Heather for several dinners. It was an amazing trip.”

“This house is roomy, clean, and located perfectly in Marathon for anywhere in the Keys you may want to travel to. The hot tub, pool, and grill were well used by us all, and communication with the host was immediate and friendly. We will stay there again on next trip to the Florida Keys.”
