“The location of this property was ideal for everything we wanted to do (activities from Tavernier all the way down to Key West). Check in was seamless and, while there was never a need to contact the property manager, the communication from them was clear and timely. The pool, landscaping, and overall neighborhood were all lovely. Very resort-like. That said, we did take note of several maintenance issues. The kitchen chairs were wobbly (and some of the hardware was later found in a fake……

“We were celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday. There were 17 people in our group. Adults and children. Something for everyone to do. We enjoyed relaxing at the property by the pools, fishing from the dock, kayaking and paddle boarding. We went scuba diving with better than most scuba, deep sea fishing on the tail walker. We hired chef Heather for several dinners. It was an amazing trip.”

“We didn't realize the property was a duplex, but that was absolutely no issue. There is ample parking. The pool area is perfect. We were very comfortable and would definitely book here again. Any time we reached out, the response was quick and helpful.”

“If you are a boater this house is perfect you have a very spacious dock that is shared with one other boat. The canal is deep and clear with tons of marine life. House very well laid out, our friends said the beds were hard in the other bedrooms but the king size was very comfortable. I have been in love with duck key since I was a girl and am so thrilled we have found such a great place to return time and again. Loved hearing both of my kids excitedly telling the other family that joined us how……

“The property was set in a tropical setting. Palm tree's and other tropical plant's surrounded the pool area. In the evening, overhead lighting enhanced the atmosphere. Also, the area was very private. When cleaning our boat, manatees came up on the side to get fresh water. What a thrill to have these gentle giants alongside the boat. Please remember to respect Florida law when engaging with these animals! The journey to the Ocean or the Gulf is enhanced by the spectacular homes along the canals……
