“No ice machines. Needed an ice pack for a medical condition and no ice available.”

“We were traveling from Dallas to Fort Smith. Found this on Expedia at 1 am for $87 total. Very basic room. Perfect for what we wanted. Slept for 6 hours and back on the road. Staff was very friendly. The outside entrance door didn’t have a lock, that was my only complaint. Very convenient location.”

“You get what you pay for here. It’s not the best but it wasn’t the worst either. It’s old & worn, but rooms aren’t that bad. Surprisingly the room had lots of amenities. Microwave, fridge, flat screen, and even a stovetop! Bed cover had some holes but the sheets were really clean.”

“The hotel management was very nice and took great care of us while staying there. The room was a little dated, but very clean and had everything we needed. The one thing I didn’t like was that it was right by the interstate and it was loud. That said, we didn’t have any trouble sleeping. Also, there was no elevator to the second floor so we had to use the stairs. No biggie. Overall, great stay. ”

“We had the most amazing time! The house was wonderful. The space was perfect for kids and adults. We had our own separate spaces. Will definitely book this location again. The host responded immediately to any issues I had. The only issue we had was the sprinklers kept running throughout the day which made the grass damp for our easter egg hunt. Other than that this was a perfect stay.”

“The owners were very responsive to everything we needed. We were in town for a company event and I booked because of the 7 bedrooms. The property worked for us but it’s definitely more of an event location. If you are looking for a nicer feel more like a home this isn’t for you but for large groups and events it would be fine.”

“The property was very cleaned and had most of every day issues (sheets/towels/pots and pans/dishware/ and more). The couch was the best ever nap I've ever had in a while. The bed too was comfortable to sleep. I would recommend this place to chill out and decompress from every day life.”
