“It is everything I wanted. I wanted a private pool, but not surrounded by concrete walls. The private pool is open to the forest but very private. The staff are angels working hard to make guests feel welcomed and happy. The cleanness, the food, the drinks, the tranquility, even the weather, the driver Made (Pronounced Maddi) who took us for 2 days on tour, and drove us to the airport…everything and everyone was 200% perfect. “We have a pleasant stay at Honshinoya Bali. It’s a very beautiful resort surrounded by the nature. We stay in the villa Jalak. It has the best location to watch the resort, and the trees. You can even enjoy sunrise at the villa. We enjoy the time staying there. I’ll always missing reading at the balcony with such beautiful view. The only concern I have is about country and nationality. We are from Taiwan. However, the nationality and country is listed as China in the receipt. After……

“The staff is not really prompt in responses, we usually had to wait for a while before they were back to us. Our room is out of electricity and they were not able to offer the same room type which we believe that the electricity problem already occurred before our arrival. Besides, since we have pre-specified that we are 3 people when we ordered, we only got a double bed and additional bed had to be paid for. However, the staff were generally friendly. If you are really interested in the tourist……

“每天有提供三個班次免費接駁，離烏布皇宮要搭計程車進去約7分鐘，我在皇宮附近都是殺到五萬印尼盾的計程車，沿途很黑別想徒步很危險，飯店服務很好，隔天7:00am要到coco supermarket集合參與我訂的klook行程，本來Klook說可以派車來飯店接我們但費用是25萬印尼盾...好險我們選擇請飯店叫才10萬印尼盾， 唯一讓我覺得不ok的是浴室設備老舊，水有點小洗到一半還沒熱水，客房清潔也做的不踏實，第二天完全沒補任何新備品”

“我們住的是上、下兩層別墅。上層的那個客廳清涼得很十分寫意。地方清潔環境寧靜，偶爾有雞的啼叫, 小鳥叫聲。在這裡有免費下午茶及甜點提供。 早餐十分豐盛。是下單後現煮，所以要點時間 我女兒早上還跟正在拜神的服務員學拜神，他們都很有禮貌 別墅更提供手提電話，方便當客人外出後，叫車接回別墅。這裡離烏布市不遠，車程約8分鐘 在這裡可能提供奢華的感覺，沒有大型泳池，但這裡確相當迷人”

“酒店位于海边，餐厅和泳池都可以看海，但房间偏小，内部设施较为陈旧，感觉性价比不高，不过酒店的spa不错，值得推荐”

“Very nice atmosphere They offer all day breakfast, so you can have your breakfast at night even you are in a rush in the morning. But maybe the weather is humid on the mountain so the bed keeps feeling of moist. TV in our room is always no signal. As they let you immerse in a very natural environment, if you are afraid of bugs, it may not be a good choice for you.”
