Blackout curtains did not black out. Location of bed inconvenient, one guest has to crawl over the other.

We loved our stay here! Akasaka is an ideal place to stay and the hotel was perfectly located near 3 stations, making transportation super easy. Tons of restaurants and bars around the hotel, and the 7/11 downstairs made grabbing coffee and breakfast super easy for early mornings. The room was super clean, spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel provides everything from shampoo to sleepwear, and the staff was super friendly, even helped us ship our luggage. 10/10 stay!

Via Inn Prime Akasaka was a fantastic hotel to stay for my first trip to Tokyo. Very conveniently located to multiple train stations and great dining areas very close to the hotel. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and how clean the hotel was! Would absolutely book this place again when I come back to Tokyo in the future

Good hotel, excellent breakfast
Posted Dec 2, 2023 on HotelsVery nice hotel, excellent breakfast with good choice of veggie dishes. Helpful staff. Nice that there was a table & seating area in our room. Only downside ( not to do with the actual hotel) was lots of steps at local metro stations; although there were some escalators/ lifts it was hard to find accessible routes so we could take our luggage easily ( hotel staff booked a taxi for us to the airport, very efficient). Will stay here again ( possibly with less luggage!).
