距離八丁堀站步行五分鐘左右距離即可抵達，要往迪士尼搭乘JR也十分迅速方便，離東京車站、皇居等景點或銀座、有樂町逛街地段都很近，樓下就有便利商店跟藥局，附近有好幾間餐廳，步行5分鐘左右有一間24小時營業的超市，晚上會有特價的便當和麵包可以好好採購一番。
生活機能很好，入夜也安靜，辦理住宿櫃台人員有耐心詳盡地解釋介紹，先前住過京都的MIMARU，這間的房間比先前住過的稍小一些，但也足夠一家四口用餐洗澡，還有浴缸可以泡澡，一直都很喜歡MIMARU，下次去玩也會優先考慮入住MIMARU

There are also a lot of restaurants to explore and a nearby Supermarket open 24 hours if you want to cook something. enough space for 2adults with 2kids and 3 big suitcases. Apartment with cooking facilities, everything clean and tidy.
