So convenient for first night in Tokyo as it is located a few blocks from the train station. Rooms are small but very clean. Staff was excellent. Delicious breakfast buffet.

Stayed at another mitsui and gave water freely. This one have to pay for any extra water. Room are soooo small. Cleanness so so

Handy close the Tokyo Central Station. Would like some more English tv options. Could do with a bar in the cafe area.

The location of this hotel is great. It is close to Tokyo station for the Shinkansen and Airport Express. It is also walkable to Ginza area. The downside is that this hotel is quite dated. There is wear and tear. The amenities are basic. The wifi is also extremely slow and very limited channels on TV. There is a DVD player (antique) available though.

As you know, our hotel is located in central Tokyo so that in location is very convenient for your stay in Tokyo and many place in Japan.However, we apologize for not meeting your expectations regarding the hotel facilities.As for the hotel Wi-Fi, we have a limited number of pocket Wi-Fi devices available for rent. The hotel is aged. Musty smell from bathroom and dead cockroach in the room. Need I say more…

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel and rooms clean and tidy and quiet. Better instructions in English on how to operate the air conditioning would be helpful.
