Location is excellent. Very nice check in and check out experience. Staffs at front desk are all equipped with knowledge and experienced, and they are all in very good spoken English. Room is clean and tidy with all utilities available for service apartment at 5 stars hotel level. Will come back if I visit Tokyo next time.

非常令人失望的住宿體驗
发布日期：2023年10月29日 发布在：Hotels原本非常期待的住宿體驗,卻因客廳沙發夾縫中有之前房客遺留的物品且非常地髒,讓地點便利,住宿寬敞的優點失去意義,
希望能改進,不然不會再考慮入住,這也是本人在日本住宿星級飯店中最差的經驗.
