“Great stay overall. Place was nice and clean as well. Would stay here again. My only gripe is how acoustic it is when others are above you… heard everything…. But as far as the important stuff it was clean and spacious and very accommodating.”

“Perfect location, walk out to the beach. Building was noisy on the weekend when other units were rented. Some of the furniture (outside) and utensils was needing repair/replacement. Amenities says kayak/canoe - reached out to owner to determine if this was the rental across the street but they never replied. Lots (too many) automated emails upon booking, but owner did not respond to my emails.”

“We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the home. The location was great and it was super clean. Communication with the owners was always quick and they are very nice. Close proximity to the beach and a beach access point was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!”

“Lovely beach house. Great location. We only had 5 adults so it was very comfy. Views were spectacular....right on the ocean. I would not hesitate to stay again. Only suggestion: The very bottom step going to lower level is a different color brown which blends with floor. My 70 yr old father fell. NOT HURT...but I would put a WATCH YOUR STEP...OR something more identifying.”

“We enjoyed home first time and second time actually we as a great or better. Place is well maintained, clean is best of all VBRO places I’ve stayed and the hosts come across as genuine nice people. Excellent place for families even though it was just two. And , our dogs enjoyed sunning on the deck as it provides sun and shade. House has all you need there and did I mention has a great mattress and nicely appointed! Tracy and dogs”

“Our family enjoyed staying here. There were some minor issues we found to be unsatisfactory. The water didn't get very warm, and the jacuzzi tub didn't work. We also noticed an odor in the rooms that had carpet. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend it to others.”

“The house has nice space and layout, and the view of the sound from the decks is pretty. But…first thing Sunday morning we discovered the microwave in the house doesn’t work. I called and messaged Vacasa immediately and multiple times all during the week about the non-working microwave. (My vacation time was wasted attempting to get a working appliance.) The half bath that’s adjacent to the kitchen has black mold on the walls and ceiling. There are some other areas that also have some mold……

“This house is very chic, modern and so nicely decorated. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our girls weekend. Each room is nicely decorated with a cute beachy vibe. The beds are so comfortable. We were in close proximity to everything in Surf City. You can tell the owners of this home take pride in their condo unit. We would definitely recommend and come back here.”

“Great location for exploring the entire Topsail Island area. The condo was well equipped, beautiful views and a very comfortable stay. A door to the mechanical room was off, exposing an unsightly entry but didn’t affect our stay. Great communication, a quiet and lovely home away from home.”

“Great location. Local fish market close to the property. Ammenities close by or only a short drive off of the island. The beach was wonderful. The property was spacious and provideded everything needed for a great vacation.”

“Our family loved staying here. We love that the townhome is right at the beach and we don’t have to cross a road with small children to get to the sand. All rooms have tvs with WiFi connection. The kids loved that. Will stay here again.”

“The room was hudge. Two seperate bedrooms. Very clean. Very close to the beach. We walked over to the beach in about 5 minutes. Elevators made it very easy to move stuff.”
