“Very clean. Staff were wonderful, very helpful and welcoming. The bed was new and very comfortable. We were in the charming Historic part of the building and had a skylight in the bathroom and partial view of the bay- lovely! Yes the street noise is loud - they are on the Main Street! The location is extremely convenient and street noise didn’t bother us - I wore ear plugs and my husband is a deep sleeper. Valet parking was convenient and easy. Coffee and fruit were a fine start in morning;……

“we lost a rain jacket we thought couldn't get it back after almost 2 weeks. but surpprisingly in two days after we called, they successfully located the jacket and send it back to us. that's really good! I lost stuff in hotel before but never get it back. some hotel is really bad on this. they just don't care. but this hotel surprise me a lot! thank you very much!!!!! ”

“The driver side mirror of our car was damaged during valet parking, we didn't notice it when we left, and they didn't notice us about it.”

“Room accommodation was outstanding as was the service. I wish the bar would stay open past 8:20 pm and that the fire place wasn’t turned off at 9:00 pm even when reception area is open 24 hours. Wanted to sit outside and relax after a 8 hour drive and have a glass of wine only yo be told that the fire pit had to be turned off. Breakfast food and service was outstanding ”

“Worst sleep condition eliminated my good impression of facilities. Parking fee is expensive and the environment is noisy that I even heard some drunk people yelling and quarreling at midnight for 4 times!”

“Loved the location of the hotel. The beach was less than 8 minutes away (walking). It as was also only a 10 minute drive over to the aquarium. Great location and the breakfast was pretty good as well! No complaints here.”
