the room we where checking in is dirty and messy. We asked for our room to be cleaned every day for 3 days but no one cleaned our room. We asked to get our floor’s moped too since its very dusty and full of cement stains. We never have our personal key for the whole 4 days since the door is broken.

Housekeeping isnt good, went 3 days without clean towels, booked for 5 of us and were told to share 2 towels or pay for each of us to have our own towel. Sheets were not changed and the room wasnt made up for the duration of our stay. Sink in bathroom was plugged from day one and was not fixed or drained so we ended up with stagnant water in our bathroom sink for the duration of our 5 day stay. Place is noisy, front common area is constantly occupied and loud by residents that live there, they smoke weed inside their rooms and the hotel staff just spray air freshner to try and mask it. Room wasnt cleaned before our stay, the previous occupants belongings were still in the closet. The building is new and still under construction but already shows signs of run down because the residents dont care and are trashing the place, dirty carpets, gouges in walls, greasy stains on the walls.

it’s a fairly new hotel but has limited parking spots. it was clean but for some reason the sink in the bathroom wasn’t draining so i had asked for someone to come up and take a look at it and no one ever came .. housekeeping came everyday to ask if we needed anything, that was nice. i did over hear them telling another room if they wanted more towels they were going to have to charge them??? but never told us they nor were we billed for extra towels so that was odd. I stayed there for 4 nights and the end of my stay when it was time to check out the lobby was filled with people complaining about there stay.. Choose wisely
