NEW AD: Located in the small coastal town of Torrox Costa, on the beach 🏝
 and located in the Los Patios residence, the apartment, fully air conditioned, completely renovated, offers great comfort !!! with a private terrace, equipped with a very large blind, it allows you to organize lunches, and very romantic dinners, out of sight: a small cozy nest for lovers 💙.
The apartment includes a seating area with a TV and a sofa bed, as well as a kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The private bathroom has an Andalusian-style shower.
A fiber optic Internet connection and its WIFi connection are available free of charge. The apartment has access to the communal gardens, as well as the tennis and paddle courts and two swimming pools.
A bakery, a fishmonger, a small supermarket, restaurants and shops can be found within a 10-minute walk. The town of Nerja is 10 km away, while Baviera Golf Club is a 13-minute drive away. Málaga Airport is 45 minutes' drive away.

A great stay for the Month of February 2024
My wife and I are just back from staying at Michelle's property for the month of February 2024. The unit is very modern, clean and well appointed. The location is great - just steps away from the beach and sea, lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Having a secure underground park spot was so handy. Michelle is easy to deal with; extremely helpful and is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay/

Es ist ein wunderbares Appartement. Wirklich so komplett eingerichtet wie man es sich für einen mehrwöchigen Aufenthalt wünscht. Das internet ist erstklassig, ich habe problemlos von dort gearbeitet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Michele war super, sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Auch ein Danke an Elisa die für die Wohnungsübergabe und Sauberkeit zuständig ist. Sie macht das super. Wir kommen in jedem Fall sehr gerne wieder. :-)

Schöne Wohnung mit großer Terasse
Die Wohung liegt am westlichen Abschnitt von Torrox Costa. Die Terasse ist im Windschatten der Hauptwindrichtung. Es ist nicht zwingend ein Auto erforderlich, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ortiz, der beste Bäcker, ist direkt gegenüber, Retaurant Manolo 150m zur einen Seite, das andere 150m am Stand und die Beriner Kneipe "zum Zapfensterich" ebenfalls in Sichtweite. Der Supermarkt Mercadona und der Montagsmarkt 15min entfernt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

El alojamiento es encantador. Está equipado al detalle. Todo funciona correctamente y está en perfecto estado. La zona es tranquila, perfecta para descansar y está a pocos metros del paseo marítimo. Einfach fantastisch....
Wir verbrachten14 wundervolle Tage in Torrox Costa. Wir haben noch nie eine so gut und komplett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung angetroffen. Alles, was man benötigt war in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Das Frühstück mit den frischen Backwaren vom Bäcker gegenüber war auf der Terrasse jedes mal wunderbar. Ebenso genossen wir auf der Terrasse mit einem guten Wein den Abend. Unserem Mietwagen stand eine Einzelbox in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Ein kurzer Weg zum Strand und zu vielen guten Restaurants machten unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Danke an Elisa für die tolle Unterstützung. Danke an Michelle für die guten Hinweise zur Anreise und zum Aufenthalt. Am liebsten würden wir jetzt schon wiederkommen.
