“Good place for stay , clean and comfy ”

“We found the property to be exactly as described in the listing. Very clean, well stocked with all the necessities and comfortable. We especially liked having the extra half bath. From the balcony, the park entrance road can be seen two blocks away along with the elk grazing on the hillside. Gardiner is a lovely little town, eating, shopping and even the laundry are all walkable. We frequented the Perk and enjoyed a lovely meal at the Wonderland Cafe. Access to the park was easy through Mammoth……

Comfortable and extremely close to gate to Yellowstone and within walking distance of many places to eat and shop. I walk with a cane and it was accessible. They asked for shoes to be removed when entering the home but made an exception for my braces. The front porch was a delightful place to sit in the evenings and early mornings,”

“We took my grandma to Yellowstone for her 90th birthday. There were 17 of us and we all easily fit in the house. The house was clean and well thought out. It was stocked with everything a person could use. We also got to watch elk in the backyard and even saw a black bear and 2 cubs on the other side of the river. The owner communicated with us very well. We didn't have any issues at all. We would rate this house 11 out of 10 and hope to come back in the future.”

“My wife and I were really happy with this place. We found it to be clean, spacious, and equipped with all that we needed. There was an air-conditioning unit upstairs, which we found necessary during our stay in August - it worked very well to keep us comfortable through the night. The location is very close to local shops and restaurants, and a good grocery store is only a short drive away. “The property is as described, on the Yellowstone river, away from the town, but near enough to enjoy what Gardiner has to offer. It takes only 8 minutes to get to the north entrance of Yellowstone. The house is great with room to spread out and enjoy the views both from the outside as well as the inside. The owners attend to every need without question.”

“The house was as listed and perfectly set up. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for cooking. View and location were great! Only negative is it could’ve been a little cleaner. There was hair in the bathtub and a rag left on the floor in the shower. One of the skillets had food dried on the handle.”
