“House is in a nice location. The pictures were photoshopped on the listing to make the wood appear to be a more modern wood tone than it actually is. Not a huge deal but definitely something I noticed upon arrival. The bath towels provided by the house were bleach stained. No AC in bedrooms. Plant overgrowth on back deck. Ice maker doesnt work in freezer. Minor issues that could be addressed to provide a nicer experience for guests. Overall the house was not bad and we had a nice stay, but not 5……

“Stayed here for a show at SPAC with my dad. The property was perfect for our needs; 2 bedrooms, clean, good amenities, and it was a quiet and peaceful location. No traffic noise, nice large yard with a fire pit and awesome gas grill. It was nice staying in a quieter area but still close to Saratoga and the concert venue.”

“We spent three nights in this cute townhouse. It was well stocked and clean and suited our needs for our stay. The beds were comfortable and off street parking was great. The house was updated with new kitchen and baths. It is a little far from the city areas but we didn’t mind a 20 minute drive to get there.”

“My friend and I spent 4 nights in this beautiful historic place and loved it. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the place is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The place was well-stocked with everything we needed and even included nice surprises like plush bath robes. The location is ideal. We liked being across from the Beekman mercantile and a coffee shop, and a short drive from other towns including Cooperstown. We would love to visit again!”

“Michael was the best host! The house was so lovely and right by activities. We rented a boat a short drive away, had delicious food at the pub, and hung out at the beach! Michael was so responsive and any issue we had was assisted with immediately. He was very communicative leading up to the stay as well. Would highly recommend for a group of people looking for a relaxing weekend!!”

“Tony was a fantastic host. Tony's place was immaculate, well stocked. Tony made us feel lime family. Tony bent over backwards to give us insight to places to go, eat and see. He even had a bottle of wine for us when we arrived for our anniversary. His kayaks and canoes were available to use on the lake that his property was on.
