For £45 - £20 deposit I got a reasonable room with coffee making facilities and very good service. I would stay again as it was so cheap and really friendly staff. Many thanks"

"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...

Allowed us an early check in, which was appreciated. We did have an issue where we were woken up around midnight with the lights flickering on and off, a smell of electrical wires burning and a sound of electric arcing. "We hadn’t anticipated sharing this space with other people as it does state on the details that ‘you will only share the apartment with others from your party’. Fortunately all other guests were very respectful of space. Continental breakfast options were interesting but it wasn’t clear what was definitely for our use and what belonged to others. Overall, a nice stay in a nice location. "
