“Had a nice stay. There was a bit of damage I noticed in the room not a big deal just something I noticed. I would have appreciated some additional complimentary amenities such as a makeup wipe or some other small toiletries. Otherwise wonderful stay I would stay here again.”

“The hotel is EXTREMELY not clean. There were bed bugs on our mattress and I got bitten badly. After we examined the mattress, we also noticed a huge stain at the end of the bed, couldn't tell if it's coffee or blood. The front desk assistant manager Sage was helpful in that she helped us get our payment back and moved us to the Hampton Court hotel next door after we reported the bed bug issue. But still--I have never lived in a hotel where there were bedbugs, even in motels that are $50 dollars……
