“The property was everything we could have asked for and more! My kids had a great time swimming in the pool and exploring the grounds. The pool cover quit working while we were there and the owners came right out to try and fix it. Extremely nice people I might add. Will certainly visit again!”

“A comfortable place for my women's weekend away. The house is located in a nice neighborhood close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Kitchen equipment was sparse - we needed to supply cutting boards and a toaster. The oven broke the first night of our stay, but the host communicated quickly with us to try to find a solution. The listing shows the property sleeps 14, but there are only beds for 10. Two provided air mattresses make up the difference, though one of them leaked severely and……

“Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!”

“I first found this property in 2020, but had to cancel plans due to that year's events ... So, I was able to finally stay at this unique location this year, and found it as expected--a unique location with it's own history, in a spacious and modernized environment. Great stay in that location for my friends and me, and we have already talked about returning next year!”

“My stay was great. Great job of renovation and updating the property! One one thing... The compression shower rod in the lower bathroom will not stay up. I would suggest a permanently mounted rod (like the one in the upstairs bathroom) to solve that problem. I would definitely stay there again.”

“This hotel was VERY clean. It was also quiet even though there were lots of families and children running about. The pool was in great condition & towels were always available. The staff were kind and knowledgeable from the moment i walked in the door until the moment i walked out. There was always coffee avaliable around the clock. I appreciated that so much considering we were there for a wedding and were very busy at all hours. i enjoyed a decent cup of coffee to keep me moving. The……
