“酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”

“We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff went beyond our expectations, from little gift surprises to everyone being super nice and always helpful. Our 3rd trip here and will definitely be coming back again soon. ”

“The area and resort are nice. Nothing spectacular. The 1 bedroom condo that we stayed in was quite comfortable but the finishes and furnishings were outdated and need updating. Location is convenient to downtown Truckee which is nice. ”

“We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets. We also were almost back broken due to the stiff mattresses. Few issues that we made work: jacuzzi was out of order during the visit, fire……

“Lovely stay with some friends with a gorgeous view. However I will say the deck railing should be mentioned if you are bringing a toddler. It’s quite wide and my little guy could easily fit through it which made it hard to enjoy the outside space. Great location!”

“早餐是包括在里面的8点半到11点。我们一家10点钟到已经没有什么剩下了，还有每天都是同一样东西，简单到不得了，因为我们住5天，所以吃到有点怕了。第三晚他们的系统在我信用卡收了我16块钱多，但每人解释得清楚为什么会有这个收费，前提是我入住的第一天全款已经过帐他们了。直到现在我也不知道他们有没有退回那16块钱我。”

“It was clean but needed an area for food storage. A cabinet in the dining room would be great for food!! The hot rub didn't work, which was irritating, as it was not working prior to our arrival. There was no wood in the woods storage area. We got our own, but would have been nice. The parking was ample for our 2 vehicles. It was easy to get around, area was quiet. I would recommend to others for a reasonable get away!”

“If you’re handy with your phone and downloading apps and checking in remotely because there’s no front desk then this place is pretty good for the price super clean and cute inside with a fireplace new tile new carpet super comfy bed and the cleaning staff gal that was running around, trying to help me find my room was super nice but when you’re driving around the lake and trying to book your next place to stay because you’re working there and having to do everything remotely if you’re not super……
