"The room was great, spacious, clean and loved having the patio our our back door. My only complain was the hallway was very loud early in the morning with workers (I believe the cleaners) as I could hear vacuuming and lots of talk as if they were in my room. The gentleman at the front desk was great! We wish we could’ve stayed longer! "

"LOVED this place. It was quiet and peaceful and adorable. The bed was so comfy. The owner Jeff was friendly and helpful. It was very convenient - 20ish min each to Penn Yan and to Watkins Glen and very close to so many wineries. I would recommend in a heartbeat. "

"This beautiful old home has been converted into a beautiful historic in. We’ve stayed there several times, in fact we got married there! It’s always in pristine condition. Spa services we used is only the registered massage, but it was excellent too. The staff are unbelievably perfect. The food is exceptional. I would recommend this to anybody! It’s worth a visit to go and see it for yourself. "

"What an exquisite property— the grounds, the house, the decor! The room is luxurious but only lacks in having a table to set things on (the closet is very small, too), but the room makes up for it in every other way. It was self check in with no host on site but communication was excellent and the next day, my husband ran into one of the managers, Nicole, who was a darling— so sweet and friendly and helpful.
