“Nice property with pool and workout facilities and nearby trails. While some furniture could be updated (dining and TV tables), beds were comfortable and it was nice to have access to a washer and dryer. Appreciated communications from the property manager, although had some difficulty with VRBO app.”

“The property was very well equipped, extremely clean, comfortable, very modern and in a great neighborhood of Tucson. Its within a short walk to upscale shops, restaurants etc. one minor note is that it is hard to find the entrance to the property from the msin street. The dign is small and unlit. But definitely a great rental experience overall! absolutely perfect!”

“We used this apartment as one of our many stops around the AZ national parks. The apartment has all of the basics covered and was a comfortable stay. The views were pretty of the mountains nearby. My only feedback would be to give clearer directions of where the trash/recycling is held as I dug through emails from the building to find that information.”

“Overall everything from booking, communication and the stay it self was great! The place was clean and prepped for guests with coffee pods, toiletries and a few misc. foods and drinks. The neighborhood itself isn't the most upscale by any means but it is in close proximity to a lot of great restaurants and attractions. The only negative I have is on our last day the tenant above us decided to flood their entire back patio which in turn flooded our back patio and created a very intense wall of……

“Our son graduated and I really wanted NOT to stay in a hotel . Close to the school and Chris was such a great host . We got to visit our son and we loved the rental we opted to stay an extra day and Chris was able to accommodate us. Loved having a modern and comfortable place to relax in between the events and close to Trader Joe’s and restaurants. Thank you for a memorable weekend”

“The house was amazing especially the views you get from the patio and the rooms. It was in a great deserted location and the pool and jacuzzi were kept clean. Overall my experience at that house was excellent I wouldn’t change anything about it. All my friends and family enjoyed everything about it!! 10/10 would recommend to others!!”
