“Bill was a very good host, helpful and interesting but not intrusive in any way so our stay was very peaceful in a green setting. The accommodation is very well equipped and the food provisions for breakfast excellent and including local products. Visitors have to be aware that the nearest town of several, Madoc, is 25km away but has all one could wish. ”

The hosts Jason & Suzie were magnificent and went out of their way to ensure our trip was memorable. “This was our first attempt camping with our 2.5 year old, and as I'm pregnant and didn't want to sleep on the ground in a tent, we rented the Springdale. It went really well. The trailer is very spacious and they really set you up with everything you need, so I won't pack so much next time! My only issue was that the queen bed is very hard. I'd recommend bringing a roll of foam to put down on top. The wood we purchased was also entirely soaked. I've had wet wood before but this was terrible. I'm……

“We really enjoyed our week stay at The Pine Cottage. I loved the cozy cottage which felt like home, and the seating areas around the property which were perfectly placed for a great view of the lake. The lake was clean with a sandy bottom and our dog enjoyed jumping off the dock. The lake was also warm but refreshing. Fishing was also good off the dock and it was minutes from a marina that offered daily boat rentals. I was impressed about how clean the cottage and that kitchen appliances had……

“We were a party of 4 families totaling 13 people. We stayed at the cottage the 3rd week in June. The cottage is very clean and comfy with enough room for everybody. The A-Frame was a pleasant surprise. A pretty cool place to stay. The cottage is on a beautiful lake with crystal clear water. It was wonderful to just sit outside on the cottage deck, dock or beach to take in the beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed the water activities; canoeing, kayaking and swimming. “This lodge was everything my friends and I wanted to rent for a New Year's gathering! We found the Myers Cave Resort Lodge to be spacious, clean and cozy. There was enough space for 18 people, which is no easy feat. The kitchen came fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and we especially appreciated the large dining area and living room.
