"Our initial room assignment was dirty and had a fist-punch mark on the wall next to the sink. I don't think it was supposed to be rented out. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned in a while. We discussed it with the manager and was promptly moved to an upgraded, very clean, room with a kitchenette. That room was very nice. "We enjoyed our stay here. Don’t expect fancy, expect a clean little bungalow (this is actually a quadplex), which is clearly shown in the picture. This lovely older beach town is a great respite from the development going on in so many beach areas on the coasts now. Lovely wide beaches, not crowded at all when we were there. I think Tybee strives to keep their island on the quieter side. We felt comfortable here, had everything we needed (not a problem for us, but needed a silverware, plate etc....
