“The cabin was in a beautiful location close to Government Camp, Ski Bowl and Timberline. The cabin was warm and fireplace was a very nice amenity. The cabin was well supplied with all amenities. Great time had by all!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the "Mountain Rose" ask Majestic Mountain Retreat. It was clean, comfortable beds, and was well stocked for cooking/dining at home. This cabin is nicely decorated - updated and comfortable/cozy. I've stayed in many rentals in Govy and this is my new favorite. Nice that I could bring my small dog along also. I only docked one star in my review because the map pin in the listing is not reflective of the actual location. Location is not up in Alpenglade, it's just right off……

“Very quaint cabin. Well sized for us two adults. Beds comfy and it was plenty warm. Outside temps were lo 30’s. Some sunshine, some drizzle. Didn’t utilize any cooking as we were attending a destination wedding where all meals were provided at another rental location. Wi- Fi was flawless which is extremely important for us with multiple devices each. Very charming place and would return to same if another opportunity presents. Totally recommend!”

“My family and I stayed 2 nights at the cabin. It was perfect for us. Close to Mt Hood Meadows, night sledding and lovely walks in the woods. A couple of maintenance issues which I’m sure will be resolved for next guest.”

“Stayed over memorial day weekend, booked fairly last minute and was super surprised this place was still available. You open the front door to great open floor plan and a marvelous view of the lake. Couches were so comfy, beds were too which was surprising since we have a purple mattress at home most nights away are painful, these were not. The canoe and kayak were awesome amenities. The deck gave us so much peaceful lounging time the kids loved the deck swing and playing in the water. I never……

“This is a beautiful home with lots of space and was well stocked. Our party of 3 adult couples were very pleased. It was super easy and short to walk to stores and restaurants. Also the kitchen had everything necessary to prepare meals each day. Positively a great stay!”

“Busy weekend on the lake. Great swimming space for the boys. House fully occupied and neighbors celebrating July 4th weekend as well, plus Camp Morrow in session, so less peaceful Than hoped but still a great stay”
