“I checked in on Saturday just around noon. I was greeted at the counter and I asked about the restaurant next door and the surrounding area. After checking in about 10-minutes later I received a call from the front desk checking in if everything was ok. I liked that! Check out was super easy Sunday morning before 6am. “Good prices and mostly good condition,my only complaint was that the floors werent very clean and the mini fridge which i specifically paud mire for wasnt working but it was a short stay,i ended up not using the refrigerator so it wasnt a hige deal. I was more concerned with the floors being cleaned good since my 7 year old brought toys to play with. Overall it was good.”

“I love it here! Nothing spectacular about it, but Regency Inn offer all the amenities you expect.They have refrigerators, microwaves, air and heat. It's also quiet, clean, has ample parking and good food just across the street. Anytime I'm in Lakeport, I always choose Regency Inn!”

“My start was great! The room was clean enough (someone left Taco Bell in the fridge). The fridge was large and cold. There was a microwave as well. A table to work at and a table to eat at (chairs for both). Right on the lake was a big plus! A lot of folks hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t bother me none but it may bother others!”

“What a gem! We loved our stay at Mendo Bungalow. It’s charming, quiet, super clean & comfortable. The managers go the extra mile to make guests comfortable. Chairs on the lawn with a fantastic view, s’mores kits, water bottles in the room. Every thoughtful detail—so nice to settle in for the night in a place like this. Also very close to Mendocino—4 minute drive to restaurants, stores, coastal walks, etc. ”

“Very few properties in Sea Ranch have the proximity to water view like this one. Interior and exterior spaces take full advantage of them. Had visits from seals, ospreys & at a respectable distance, a skunk. Great directions for a tricky location to find. Morning treats from Stewart Point only 2 miles away.”
