“The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean.The bathroom was a little small, but the beds were comfortable.There was an armchair and a desk chair, which was great as we were visiting family.There was a good size pool, and it was clean. The lobby, outdoor area, bar and restaurant were attractive.The food was very good. The complimentary breakfast was great! The price was reasonable, and we were able to bring our small dogs. We'll definitely stay the next time we visit Marshall.”

“Amazing! There is absolutely nothing bad to say about Carriage House B&B. You get a warm welcome, comfortable accommodations, and top notch food. Seriously, it is the best! BW welcomed us, showed us to our room, gave a tour of the grounds, ensured that no one had food allergies. He showed us where to find the complimentary water, wine, and coffee, and explained that there would be a fire pit with Smores later that evening. The grounds are beautifully manicured, and Jefferson itself is full……

“The front desk is pretty good and friendly! She spend a lot of time to let us know the history of the city and recommended which food is good or not. It is safe to walk around in the night. There is no people around the hotel and pretty close to the gas station, only spend 4 mins if you drive. ”

It's close enough walk to downtown Jefferson, which we did. We walked back at 1:30 am and you can't do that most places. Hardwood floors, tall ceilings, big back porch...it's fabulous.”
