“Sophie's house was fantastic. It was comfortable, located on a historic street, in the best historic part of Philadelphia. It is convenient to everywhere in the city, either walking, public transportation, or Uber. It is only 15 minutes to South Philly & the Stadiums by Uber. Independence Hall & the Historic District is a 10 minute walk. Sonny's fantastic cheese steaks is 2 blocks away. 2nd year we've stayed here, will again!”

“We are ballpark chasers and we visited Philadelphia to see a Phillies game. Jennifer was a wonderful host and checked on us before, during and after our trip. Her beautifully renovated, decorated and clean home is a quick drive to the ballpark and a convenient walk to Independence Hall and other historical sites. There is a pharmacy in walking distance as well as coffee shops and restaurants. Check-in was so easy and the park across the street gave a nice view from each of the three floors. The……

“We had to take my aunt off life support. One of the hardest weeks of my life however the owners were the best and the home is absolutely wonderful. Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. “Our family of 4 and another family of 4 (total 4 Adults & 4 teen boys) traveled to Philly for 3 nights for a lacrosse tournament. The house fit us perfectly and was so much better than a hotel. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped, matched the photos/description, and Drew was super responsive and flexible in meeting our needs. Street sounds at night were a bit loud in two front bedrooms, but were not a major problem for any of us. Parking was not an issue. If/when we return to the……

“The area was very noisy at night the loudest disruption from 12am to 3:30am every night during my stay. Terrible! Facilities were old or in bad condition, my bed was broken, door of shower room was old and the first room I stayed had problem with the access code and the issue was not properly handled before I was assigned to stay that room. So I had to change to an other room starting from the second night. The reception counter was always empty and the call centre was hard to reach. It charged……
