" This is my first time to comment a hotel. Honestly, the location is very nice. I book 2 rooms and stayed 4 nights in this hotel. One of the bed room doesn’t have exhaust fan in the bathroom and toilet, and the door of the bathroom is out of shape, we can’t close the door. Our bedroom is on the ground floor, the windows are close to the street, it was very noisy at the midnight. It was rainy when we checked out, there is no roof between our rooms and the lobby. I ask the reception to get an umbrella to assist us to carry the luggages to the lobby. But the staff told me they don’t have umbrella and no people assist me to carry the luggages to the lobby. Finally, I took care two old people, and took 4 big luggages to the lobby in the rain. In addition, I can’t accept that there is no seat in the lobby. We stood over 15 minutes wait for a taxi in the lobby, there were about 5 staffs in the lobby, but no people assisted with us, I felt so embarrassed. "
