Bad hospitality and bad management. The hotel was under renovation but I was not informed of. In the morning sharp at 9:00am, hammering sound just right above my room awakened me. When I stepped out the room, I found that my room was just like sitting in the midst of construction site. I went to reception desk, the staff was rude and said they are lawful to work. What a hospitality it is! I was very disappointed and angry about this. When I made a request to contact her manager, she told me that he is busy and so I have to sit aside and wait without knowing how long should I have to wait. I am sure that she had not pass my complaint to her head.

Hello, We are sorry that our room upgrade work caused you a disturbance. We do limit the time that they can work but we understand that with visitors from all over the world there is no perfect time.My understanding is that you did get to speak with the General Manager for about 30 minutes to discuss your concerns but again sorry if you felt more was needed. It is our goal to exceed your expectations and I am sorry on behalf of the Executive Suites that we did not do that with your visit.Have a wonderful day.

The hotel is close to Gilmore Station and Brentwood Station. Just need to walk 7-8 mins to get there. Brentwood Centre is nearby.

Problem with the Air Conditioner

Location is great. The restaurant at the hotel is reasonably priced and the food and service is good. However the air conditioner in the hotel room is placed literally next to the bed on floor. The fan of the AC could not be flipped so the AC had been blowing right to my face when I slept!

值得推薦的一間飯店!

如果你喜歡就寧靜的住房體驗,建議可以避開面向馬路的房間,因為SKY LINE的聲音會較為明顯。 房間內有微波爐、冰箱簡單的餐飲器具,挺不錯的,但可惜無法自己料理食物。 不過整體住宿體驗還不錯,附近的機能也很好,值得推薦!

No hot water and everything is very old and not clean. It’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed.
