“Such a cute hotel that really paid attention to the little details! We really enjoyed our short time there. The rooftop area is awesome and a great place to get a drink, good food and great view of the ocean and pier. The location is walkable to about everything core to Malibu (Nobu, the pier). ”

“The customer service was fantastic! They let us check in early after a long ride. We were tired. Room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a no smoking room. Could have used more pillows. Other than than that it was quiet! ”

“Overall we had a very unpleasant stay there because there are many (thousands) ants in the room. Everywhere from night stand to bathroom. When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. ”

“I have tried many 3 to 4 stars hotel in the area of Ventura, Oxnard. I think this is the best one with clean and well planned space. This hotel will be in my list on my next visit.”
