The location was central and the common areas are neat! The water slide was fun, especially for the kids, but for some reason, one of the female staff was not personable and her responses were short (she could have been tired or near the end of her shift - but her attitude could have been better).

The kids had an absolute blast with the pool and water slide, its location is perfect with the super store across the street and many many restaurants with in walking distance. The only down side is, the cleanliness, it is clean but there was hair in the sink and gum pressed under the nightstand table. Also the housekeeper came in our room early morning then apologized for coming in the wrong room. Other than those 2 issues, they stay was great, and what you would expect from a Canadian hotel.

I called front desk because it was very obvious by the pubic hair left behind in my bed that it had not been changed from previous occupants. Front desk asked me if I wanted fresh bedding??? was such a rhetorical question; I was more than a little gobsmacked. I said"yes" Absolutely and was then told there would be Bedding left at the front desk fo me to come and retrieve.

At first, it was assigned to Room 322, but it was difficult to use the toilet because the toilet water tank did not fill up even after waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes.However, the front staff changed the room to room 309, allowing us to have a comfortable time.Thank you.
