"The staff and breakfast were excellent. For areas of improvement, the road sign needs a light to illuminate it at night and the plants around it need to be trimmed to improve visibility. The landscaping on the grounds and on the porch need upkeep and improvement. It would be helpful to add a write up or plaque about the history of the home as you enter."

"Location of this cottage is amazing! The pictures of the waterfall do not capture how beautiful this place is. We loved wading and hiking up and down the creek. This cottage is very close to quite a few great NY State parks. House just as described in the listing, everything in good working order. Good information provided for checking in/out. We had a great time here. Easily one of the best places we have stayed with the kids."

"I have stayed here many times and found it very good for my needs. The staff is friendly . The TV lineup has changed and there was no MSNBC which is a favorite of mine..... that was disappointing. Breakfast is standard hotel items and the breakfast attendant quite friendly, which was nice. I recommend this property."
