"Quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking was a challenge, was supposed to have on street parking, but it required a permit. There was garage access but you must drive around the block to get to it and a door opener was not available. No internet, cable or hot water in the ktichen which made dishwashing difficult. Also, the reservation disappeared from the system the day before areival so accessing the checkout information was difficult wasnproblemaric. door opene"

Walking in to the condo we were delighted with the modern styling, but we were drawn immediately to the outside patio area overlooking the lake. The views are amazing! "New & nice however, needs: hand towel hooks in bathrooms, better blinds & block out curtains in bdrms, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, box springs on both beds rather than plywood bases, shower caddies, wine glasses, more than 1 room key, shower stool/bench (very difficult for women to shave their legs), broom & dust pan, cork screw, tv’s in bdrms, remove one if two closets in 2nd bdrm to make access to hall bathroom (make it a jack & Jill bathroom), washer & dryer. "This place is absolutely perfect for a quick and relaxing getaway. Loved the beautiful views right off the balcony and the ease of getting around the area around the condo too. We were able to safely go for long walks without the concern of traffic. We had access to a private area of the beach too. Would love to come back here again! The hosts were great with answering any questions we had too!"

"Convenient location for accessing colleges in the Rochester area. Very clean. We walked around the neighborhood- it’s a neighborhood in transition and has some fun coffee and eating spots. I think 4 people is ideal for this space- a but cramped for many more. Owner had a welcoming treat when we arrived!"

"Stayed for a couple of days to see the eclipse but had cloudy weather. Good thing we had such a nice place to hang out in to make up for the disappointment! Nice quiet neighborhood, close to the lake and convenient for shopping. Comfy living room with a big screen TV (we watched March Madness), and a great deck for enjoying the outdoors. And Jackie is the nicest of hosts! Great experience all around."

"Beautiful Brand New privately owned 2 bed 2 bath condo with all the amenities of the Hilton Tapestry Collection Hotel Canandiuagua. Lots to do! Great restaurants. Live Music. Walking and biking paths. A great place to stay and enjoy beautiful Canandiuagua Lake."

"Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set."

"We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend."
