Front desk language barrier. Always guessed at what they were asking or commenting. Too high priced and no complimentary breakfast. Not even coffee. Parking is terrible and we have a truck. It’s sits on a rock. But the rooms seemed clean.

Enjoyed our stay. Property was great. Road noise from our room was a little noisy for me as I’m a light sleeper but didn’t bother my family.

If it were possible to give this hotel ZERO stars I would. Do NOT stay here. The room was in terrible condition, there was an incredible amount of noise from both highway and hallways and when we asked not to stay a second night they refused to allow us to cancel and told us that my complaints did not meet their cancelation policy. There is NOTHING in their cancelation policy to protect the consumer or allow you to receive a refund for subsequent nights if the hotel doesn’t meet your standard. Manager here is absolutely unhelpful, refuses to assist you in any way. Do not waste your time.

The hotel staff were very friendly upon arrival. The check in process extremely smoothe. The room was nicely appointed with a desk and armchair as well as two very comfortable queen beds with crisp clean white linen. The room’s temperature was easily adjusted to make it as cozy or cool as we liked. The room smelled fresh and clean and the bathroom was not only very clean, but had a lovely bright white modern feel. Overall a very good experience and a reasonable price.

It was okay. Missed the ferry. Stayed for a night. Was given a room (I think it was an adjoining room), and I can hear the people on the other side. And I couldn’t sleep because they were playing with the knobs. Kept it lock but still uncomfortable.
