We found it peculiar that it’s a no contact check in but yet we had to go to the office to check in.

No phone call. No reminder email. Nothing. Just a small paragraph in the middle of a long email stating I had to visit the office prior to check-in. What’s the point of self check in. I had everything to get into the room and when I showed up someone else was in the room.
