“We enjoyed our stay immensely. Julie was on top of everything making sure our stay was an enjoyable one. We had the whole crew with us (12 total) and dogs and the house accommodated all of us with plenty of space to spread out and not feel cramped. The kids enjoyed the amenities like the pool table, air hockey and the pac man machine, the dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard where they could run and play freely, while the adults enjoyed everything else including the spa, the view from the wraparound……

Also, impeccably clean, pet friendly and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! We were not expecting heavy snow during our visit and came completely unprepared. Owners were communicative throughout our stay and did not hesitate to help us get to our new lodging safely!”

“We wanted to plan a quick family getaway with our dogs, so we reached out to Tasha to see if she could accommodate us. She was very communicative and responsive! The cabin was clean, organized, and up to date. Anyone bringing small children/pets, the stairs to the bottom floor are very steep, so be prepared to block them for safety. The driveway was also very steep, but our SUVs handled it fine. The backyard was big and fully fenced, which was great for us! We had a fun time and will definitely……

“As a single dad, I travel with my little one frequently. Great cabin that is centrally located. It was like a step back in time, but in a good way. Whenever I travel, I always find a place with a kitchenette, this saves me money. I purchase my food and then take with m to cook on site. This way I can afford to take my daughter out to eat. This is a great setup, kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. Even though it was cold, we sat outside at the cute tables and chairs to feel the sun. This……

“這次出差住了三週，我們訂了七間房，有些房間少了浴室浴簾，有些少了一顆枕頭，有些少了垃圾桶，總之就看你的運氣。 房間裡有個廚房可以自己料理，算是一個優點，只是裡面什麼廚具都沒有，需要自己去附近的賣場採購。 旅館並不會定時來清潔，但一樓有付費洗衣機，床單被單枕頭套或毛巾都可以自己拿下去洗，掃具要跟櫃檯借，櫃檯不是24小時，進門需要刷卡，以安全考量來說還算不錯。”

“Excellent condo style hotel in Big Bear Lake city. Close to everything. Property in good condition. Excellent communication via email / text. Property doesn’t have A/C, which was OK in May, but could be an issue in summer months.”
